is the embodiment.
Architectural Style: Our designs are clean, efficient, sensibly sustainable,
modern, retro (and a blast!). We guarantee a quality experience,
and one that is separate and apart from anything offered within the
city
of Dallas.
Sculptural: We constantly strive to find the intersection of Art
and Architecture as we plan our developments. From repurposing objects
for lighting designs, Artisan-styled metalwork in the modern style
for balcony
enclosures to wall collages, to placement of Sculpture around the
grounds;
Change Chamber’s developments are undeniably vibrant and fresh.
New Urbanist Thinking: We love the challenge of developing in the ‘Core’.
The urban centers of most major cities are the epicenters of change,
culture, the arts, business. They are the incubators of new ideas. By
its very nature, the city attracts people who are not afraid to push
the limits, that thrive upon the stimulation of the city. Our team has
experienced this first hand in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and
more, and we fully believe it is Dallas’ turn for such an experience.
We know we are successful when our customers are able to reflect on their
living experience within Buzz and find that sense of connectedness to people
they would
not have otherwise met, or cultural experiences they may not have otherwise
enjoyed.
